Analyze Video
Any ad, frame by frame, and why it wins.

Input · four key frames from the source reel, @theminerscoffee
The Challenge
A winning ad is easy to admire and hard to copy. Watching it again does not tell you why the first second holds, how fast it cuts, or what it is really selling, so a remake ends up copying the surface and missing the mechanism.
The Solution
The skill reads the ad frame by frame and second by second, names the hook, the pacing and the format, then writes the same ad again for the brand’s own product, shot by shot, ready for a video skill to make.
Input
One ad, from a link or a file. Here, a 14-second Instagram reel.

14.33 s · 1440 × 2560
25 fps
Output
A second-by-second read of the ad, why it works, and a plan to shoot it again.

The hook, as the teardown reads it
teardown.md
“The visual hook is demo-first: an empty glass takes an ice cube at 0:00, then two more in a rapid three-cut flash cluster by 1.64s.”

0:02.28 · the pour over ice

0:06.88 · the finished glass
The mechanism, in three words
The teardown sums up what the ad runs on as “texture as argument”: ice, a pour, a foam, a scatter of zest, cut fast enough that the texture does the persuading.
Replication Blueprint: Miners Coffee “Mont Blanc” → SOLLOS Pineapple + Coconut
replication-blueprint.md
0.0s → 1.8s
THE OPEN. 107° tabletop looming foreground, camera 12 cm above the surface, 60 cm from the can and glass. The can and empty glass stand together in the immediate foreground; an ice cube drops into the glass, then a second and third follow in quick succession, tumbling to rest. Straight lines remain straight, dynamic perspective but no fisheye bubble.
Honest about its inputs
Whisper heard a line that was never in the ad: “Please subscribe, like, and hit the notification bell.” The analysis flags the transcript as a hallucination and leaves it out.
Skill Information
Analyze Video reads an ad the way an editor would. It pulls the video from a link or a file, extracts frames at a rate that suits the cut, finds every scene change, transcribes the audio, and writes a timeline of what happens and when.
In teardown mode it adds two more files: teardown.md, on the hook, the pacing, the claims and the format, and replication-blueprint.md, the same ad rewritten shot by shot for the brand’s own product, in the prompt grammar the video skills use.
On 15 September 2026 it read a 14-second Miners Coffee reel at four frames a second, 57 frames and 15 scene changes, and wrote the blueprint for SOLLOS Pineapple + Coconut.
It analyses and nothing else. The blueprint goes to Product Ad Video or Product UGC to be made.
